Default really need!! rubber peice to k and n intake

I badly need a rubber peice that goes into the intake on a k and n cold air. Mine got ripped durring the swap from 5.3 to 6.0 and now I have the cold air hooked up to the factory intake. which works but, but i need that peice but cant even get them from the factory. they want me to pay for a whole new one. i dont want to pay $300 for it. so if anyone has an old itake or knows where i can get the peice i would love any help. I've been looking for a month. thanks

If K&N told me I'd have to buy a whole new intake, & that they didn't have a replacement part, I'd tell them, I'll go to another intake brand in that instance, & I'll be sure to post up on internet. I'd tell all my friends too. If they wanna "hose" you, instead of providing customer support!!! Whether it was true I was gonna change or not, just to make em think there are other options besides them.

Glad it worked out!
