Yeah I think I met him, name's Kevin from TX, had a rcsb.

So far here's what I want to do, Shave heads to get to 11:1 Comp. ratio, new head gaskets not thinner than.04, Cam 232/234 .595/.598 112LSA, LS7 Lifters & trays, new pushrods measured to fit. FAST LSXrt intake manifold,102mm t-body, 100mm Lingenfelter MAF, Larger intake tube, Line lock

Will call COMP & see if I might have PTV clearance issues. Might see if I can get that cam with a 113 or 114LSA to broaden Power Band.

Still not sure of Valve springs any others I could do research on that y'all know of. I'd be interested in looking up open and closed pressures.

Install, repaired transmission & converter, new radiator & E-fans, transmission temp guage.

any thing I'm missing, besides a few marbles?

Oh yeah some better drag tires, need to put all that power to the pavement.

Thanks guys, criticism, knowledge, opinions, all accepted.

Heads are going to Womack Head & Block in Denham Springs 2 moro.

Will I need to use new head bolts? I have ARP bolts now.

If I change Cam do I need a new bolt for crank snout?

Does anyone have the two piece timing cover? Any troubles with it?

you can reuse the arp head bolts.
for the crank, stop by thunder and pick you up an arp balancer bolt.

Just letting y'all know what's going on, I got the engine out the truck, had the heads shaved .050, I got a cam spec from Patrick G, It's getting made by EPS, it's 226/230 .598/.600 113+2 LSA. I'm putting the FAST LSXrt manifold & 102mm tb, LS7 lifters. I'm gonna try to put some pics up but not sure how to resize them or lower the amount of bytes. Is there a way to set the camera so the pics are not too many bytes? Maybe if I lower the picture quality or change the pixel settings?

yeah trying to get 11:1 compression. I got a photobucket account. Will it automatically adjust the bytes and pixels so I can upload 'em?
