I have the lingenfelter gt2-3 which is supposed to be a great blower cam

206/220 .571/.578 118.5

not much lope at idle because of the wide lsa though

ok bought the thunder racing blower ls1 cam... got the whole kit springs and all ... kinda pricey but hopefully worth it.. 700 bucks... now i just need it installed... local shop told me also it would be around 650 to install the cam.. that sound right?

How many hours did they quote you and whats the labor rate, it doesnt sound too bad though.
