Question problems

has anyone had any problems with cam bearings,i got 3100 miles on a 6.0 and lost the a lifter and bearings middle bearing was wasted can anyone give me some info thanks

I have seen some lifter problems recently. I had a set of GMPP lifters. One failed and ate up my 383. Other things to check would be the oil pump pick up tube o-ring or possible bad bearing installation. Hope this helps. Sorry about it I know how if feels.
