Is polishing my heads worth anything?

DO NOT polish your intake runners, there needs to be someting in there to create turbulance to help the fuel stay suspended and atomized before the chamber. If you do polish it then your mpg's and throttle responce will go way down. You can remove the casting flash and that will help. Its quick and simple to do. Just dont get too carried away with it.
