i would do a timing chain just cause its got over 100k cause its probably pretty sloopy as far as the gaskets go i would just do the ones from thunder racing cause there factory GMs better quailty IMO.
it will be pretty tuff driving it un-tuned with that cam and a stall but you should be able to pull it off but i would rather see you trailer it just incase something happens

I recommend changing out the gaskets while your in there too IMO. I just got my cam swap done and one of my valve cover gaskets started to leak on the way home. All the other ones are fine, but just in case replace them. My motor has 130k miles on it also.

I put Patriot Dual golds on my motor just because i don't trust 918's and i have a 585 lift cam. Since your getting a TR224 the PAC springs should work perfectly.

My timing chain was pf when we took it apart, but also its just a peace of mind thing... don't be a cheap *** like me

The pacs will be fine for your app, I like the dual springs just for the added safety but arent necessary. You dont need any new gaskets the stock ones are reuseable as long as you are careful when you pull it apart. Driving untuned will be fine just dont get on it hard, around town you may have to two foot it some to keep it from dying but interstate shouldnt be a problem. As far as the timing chain goes I wouldnt be too worried about it, Ive reused chains with that many miles on it before. Changing out the chain is a PITA in the truck and you run the chance of messing up the oil pickup tube o-ring and not having oil pressure. If you are dead set on replacing it just replace it with an LS2 chain, they are relatively cheap and work well.
