Default opinions on valve springs

Have a .566 lift cam in a forged 370 .
Wondering if I should run single springs or have the insurance of duals?

Duals is worth it in long run for added insurance with haveing a built motor better to do it right now and not regret it later

My thoughts also. Most duals I found are rated for .650 just don't want to much pressure on lifters
