well the 10 bolt isnt the best for the setup but it will probably be fine! until you spray!!! after you spray you should worry about the tranny and rear end! i have 35's tr220, tt2600 4.56's and a true trac and more bolt ons..... and the thing thats my weak link is the tranny!
yes get yourself a big tranny cooler, set aside $2450 for a FLT lvl 5 65e as well!
as for a cam.... get soemthing like 206/212 makes good power and has about 300 tq from 2000 rpms up! and you can run the stock converter with this as well....
i have been is a truck with this cam....makes really good lower end power and decent upper rpm's power as well!
and for MPG you should be getting between 4-12 mpg depending on weather and your driving conditions/habbits.

IMO any time you're going to lift a truck past 4" and 33's you're asking for problems. Dont' give me any BS of "well if it's done right, blah blah..." you're going to flat out run into multiple drivetrain issues in the process of owning the vehicle. My advice would be to drive it like a grandma around town, then you'll save some extra money from gas so you can buy a rearend and tranny haha.
