I understand that, but I still think you need to double check.
Stuff gets machined wrong, parts gets put in wrong boxes, etc. Making a wrong assumption is sometimes a bad decision when it comes to these types of things, because in your mind, you've ruled out XYZ, but the issue lies there.
Remove the valve cover and see if there's a pushrod that has a lot of slack, which would indicate a lifter issue. And I'm not sure why some of them aren't getting lubrication, but that's a problem. See if there's a relationship between the loose rockers (if you have that) and pushrods w/o lubrication.

well found out the cam shaft is chewed up put a camera there and it’s like if I was to grab a knife and scrap the sides of the lobs on the cam
my question is why did this happen
what causes the lifters to do this
cam defect? Off timing ?
truck had total 2-3 minutes of idle time
im guessing the chattering noise is the valves if its off timing

More than likely a lifter. Either collapsed or spun in the lifter tray. I would not run that anymore without more diagnosis. Could be getting metal all throughout the motor.
Was this bought direct through texas speed? China knock off TSP and BTR camshafts have started appearing on eBay and amazon. Those china cams have horrible hardening and heat treat problems. I hope that is not your case

the lifters that is on the chewed up lob is sitting in the correct position from what I could tell

There is an oiling issue. Even if the cam was a tooth off it wouldn’t have caused this.
back to the cam retainer plate. That seal controls the oil to the lifters and needs the pressure to push oil through the pushrods. With no or low oil it will chew up lifters and a can quick.
