Default Need some advice

I've install a cam about 5 months ago, it's in my sig. I like it it makes pretty good power, but it peaks hp @ around 5400 and slowly drops off!

The cam is a custom grind from cam motion!

Some say it should be makin hp all the way to 6200 r so but it's not, why is this?
Charlie said it maybe my header, but don't have another set to try!
Went I went to the track I removed the air filter & that helped!
Billy said I should have degree my cam when I installed it, but I didn't!
Should I even be worried about it?

Should I try different stuff like new heads & different header & just see what happens?
Should I pull the cam shaft & buy another one that people know that hp to 6500?

I'll take any advice maybe it's just something simple!

Can you post a pic of your graph? Tell us what your exhaust system consists of. I don't like the OBX's on anything larger than a modded 5.3......

Dyno graph is in another thread "lq4 cam only"
as for exhaust the obx's r for a 03 SSS & I got the stock SSS exhaust with the factory muffler removed & put a flowmaster big block series muffler in it's place! So it duals threw the muffler & y's before it goes over the axle

I wouldn't be to worried about those numbers if they were through a stalled auto. Could still be a stingy dyno...

whats the full spec's of the cam, reading your sig:

04 silverado LS, 6.0 LQ4 221/226-566/562 CCM, 74 harden push rods, Pac springs, Delphi Multec 2 - 44lb injectors, OBX long tubes, K&N cai, GM E-fans, live tune by Wheatley
Dyno results on dynojet dyno, 329hp/399tq
94 blazer full size 4x4

how do you know your cam needs to be degreed? its not showing retard or any advance grinds?

personally the cam is to small, from looking at it and guessing it max's out at 5500 rpms. does show to be a torque cam with the low lift, what size primaries are the OBX headers? what size collectors do they have? if you want topend power you'll need a cam over .600 lift and more duration. but then again a stall would need to be concidered. by the way you didnt mention if you had one or not..
