I too am lost, with not a f^$3ing clue why a supercharged truck would need more electrical capacity...but if you have an electric hair dryer in your intake tube then I can see why.

Regardless of why, the answer is simple. A high output alternator, a Red or Yellow Optima battery and thicker wire cable between the alt and battery. Start there.

GM makes a factory 145 amp alternator. That would be a good upgrade, unless you need even more than that.

There are factory options for a larger alternator, and theres a couple of aftermarket options for dual alternators or just one huge alternator.

What does MSD have to do with alternator size? I think you need to be more specific about what's going on.

Increase the size of wire going between the alternator and the battery.

And as thunder said. Tell us what's going on so we can better help you. A supercharger isn't going to be affecting your charge so you may have a short some where.

you know every once in a while I get the "charging system voltage low" warning on the lcd display but when it does it is never lower than 13.7 volts. as long as your voltage doesnt stay below 13.2 you should be ok unless you have a short
