Unhappy Need help on cam!!!!!

I have a new comp cam 220/224 530\534 112lsa im not sure if its worth putting and what horsepower gains would i see with this cam with springs and 7.400 tsp rods

whats it going in? lift seems kinda low? i think people see about a 20 to 30 hp gain from cam swaps normally

Are you talking about this cam over a STOCK one.. If so I beg to differ.. You will def have a increase in power Lift is a lil on the low side, but you should get a nice increase

Youll see a gain for sure with a good tune.....what other mods do you have?

Definatly a gain. That is the same came I'm running except with a ".550 lift and yellow springs. But it's a 4.8 for now. I'd say try it out unless your going for more duration.

This cam is going in a 2000 chevy silverado 5.3l rcsb and i also have a cai and tune im ordering header LT and a stall

Is that gains with just a cam swap or with a swap and a tune

it will make a big difference,i had a even smaller comp cam in my 2000 5.3,it was a 212/218 522'529' and it ran real good.you wont be dissapointed
