Default Need Cam Help

I have a silverado SS with a radix and a LPE GT2-3 cam installed the cam grind is 207/220 .573/.580 118.5

The cam profile I'm considering is: 216\222 .547"\.586" 114+3.

Which is a better cam profile.

I have to rely on input from other because I don't know squat about cams.

Thanks in advance for any input.

A lot of us here like (love?) the GT2-3. It is a proven power maker with the Radix, why change?

I think what you have is better than the other cam, and patience is key to getting info. No two setups are the same and there is no comparison really between the two cams. One is designed for forced induction and one is not. Either cam will work for N/A or FI, its just all preference.

Don't know what your goals are, but the cams you mentioned are pretty mild for a supercharged 6.0. I have more cam and less cubes and the cam's not any too big. Unless you're looking to keep things quiet and smooth (appearing to be stock), I'd look for something a little more aggresive. Mine has loads of bottom end power with a good top end too. Aim a little higher. If you're going to go to all the expense of a cam change, you might as well reap more benefits (HP).

the gt2-3 was specifically designed for FI. if you can find a bigger cam with just as little overlap, maybe. but i would go with what you got. definitly not the 216/222 though
