need cam help!

Default need cam help!

i have a 1996 rcsb with the 5.7, 5 speed, and im looking for a good cam. i dont want it to big that i have to start tuning and other stuff, but big enough to notice at idle and what kind of headers should i run because i got a cutout but want to find a good set for pretty cheap. any help would be appreciated

the ram jet cam is supposed to be a fairly good cam. it makes 350hp (at the flywheel) when used in the ram jet crate motor. its on a tight 109 lsa keeping the torque down low and the lift is something like .490/.497" with 1.5 rockers. 1.6 rockers and you could bump up the lift over .500. check out SDPC they carry it.
