Default need advice with a cam...

i got a 03 5.3 extended cab and im thinkin of putting a cam in it but i dont know whats a good one to put in it.. i dont want one too big or too small because ive heard some are all sound and almost no power change and others are small with no cammin sound and lots of power... i dont know what to get in it because i want it to make a difference in its performance.. please help out!!

if you look to the top right you will see a search tab.... type in cam, and kick back to do some reading.

there have been 1000 cam threads on here.... it all depends on your goals with the truck.
