more lift?

more lift?
I was wondering about the springs that Pioneer makes for stock Vortec heads that allows up to .550 lift. Is the pressure ok with these springs or is it more than recommended? I dont want to wipe the lobes off my cam...Also is this a decent way to get some more lift/power?
