Default Milled 862 heads

Sups guys I going to get my heads milled but not sure to what though. It's for 5Three and its my DD. and I will be running E85. So far I have a .550 cam, Cai, and a stall. Plan on getting header and my tb ported pretty soon
But with my setup what should I get my heads milled to?

.030 is max i feel safe about milling heads and avoiding intake sealing issues. a tbss intake is best on a more modded 5.3 with 243 heads or larger cubes of 6.0 but on his built, the regular truck would work best.

I just did a set of 862's on my truck and milled them .030, it runs out pretty good and I would say .040 max for milling but honestly .030 will get you right about 10.1-1.0 compression on a 5.3 with dished pistons and stock gaskets...which I have found stock gaskets to actually be .047 compressed and not .051. I say mill'em .030 and run'em!

Plenty of people, including myself, have .050" off without any ill side effects. Just throwing that out there...
