Default LT1 or not?

I am looking at buying a blown LT1 for the aluminum heads and injection setup. I have an L31 on a '98 gm truck, would the topend and fuel injection bolt on and wire in on my truck and would this be a good upgrade? I do not know very much about LT1's except that they use reverse coolant flow, would this conflict?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I dont think this will work...
lt1 distributor is front drive, water pump diff, intake diff ,more than meets the eye, probably better going with a good flow vortec head and fuel inj type manifold with t/b set up.OR a ram jet set up from gmpp.if you really want the factory look.gmpp#19170033
