Default ls6 valley cover worth it?

Does the Ls6 calley cover really help that much w/ oil consumption, especially on a stroker? Or should I just put the $160 towards a nice catch can? Is there any benefit to running both ls6 valey cover and a catch can?

I'm sure this has probably been asked before.

Thanks,
Alex

I didnt pay $160 for mine. If your gonna have things apart you might as well get one. That cover teamed with a catch can will work wonders!

ls6 valley cover it is.

I thought I saw them for about $150 + shipping at thunder racing.

Deffinately gonna check out sdpc though. Bought alot of my 408 parts from them already.

Any reccomendations on a good catch can that won't break the bank?

Don't wanna hijack, but I've got a quick question...if I already have an AMW catch can, is the LS6 pcv set up worth the coin and time?
