ls3 push rods fit 5.3 vortec?
Hello! I' fixing to swap a cam in my 5.3 liter engine. It is a 224 int./230 exh 0.581 int./0.588 exh. lift lsa 114. I have a friend of mine that have ls3 push rods that he will give them to me for free, my question is will they work?

My first thought was to reply with something totally sarcastic. There is no advantage in the stock ls3 push rods, odds are they are the same that's in your 5.3. Use a $20 push rod checker, then order correct length hardened push rods.

Hey man I'm just asking, tanks for replying. The cam was a freebie, spring and retainers. The engine is completely stock so wish push rod you guy recommend.
