Other than cylinder clean up, does any machining need to be done to strock the block to a 408?

 

It's is more than a cylinder clean up, the cylinders have to be bored out and honed. The deck needs to be checkd, and the mains need to be checked. Your stroker kit will also need to be checked for tolerences and balanced.
