I ment if I swap to L92 heads and L92 intake, is the L92 intake along with it's fuel rails going to fit directly to my truck fuel system. I got L92 intake complete with fuel rails and DBW throttle body. I also got throttle body adapter harness from DrX. I am using car FMS 42# injectors. My truck has car injectors plugs installed. I hope car injectors will fit L92 intake.

if you have car injectors on your "truck" fuel rails now, the rails use the same size o-rings.. The L92 intake uses a returnless system, if thats what you have then it should bolt right on, the fuel inlet is the same size. If you need a return then youll have to use a vette filter or do like I did. You may have to extend the MAP sensor wires also. If you have one fuel line now, then it will be a bolt on swap.

Car injectors are longer than truck injectors. I used a spacer for the truck fuel rails to fit the longer car injectors and cut the truck injectors' plugs and soldered car's plugs.

My truck is 2003. Is 2003 truck fuel system returnless.

not sure, they changed the fuel system with different models, just go pop your hood, if you have 2 fuel lines on the drivers side its a return style,, if its one line, your golden!

03 still has a return, I believe that they went returnless in 04.

NICE RIDE !!! any more engine shots ?

so you used the L92 rail on the drivers side for the supply, and the LQ4 rail on the passenger side for the return . . . and this was to keep it a return system?

I'm guessing that you're using the FPR on the passenger side?

start looking for a cam that's in the 230s and around 570-600 lift
