that 230/236 cam you have should be perfect for your combo and goals.

yeah i kinda been thinking about that to. Thought why not just try it with the heads and see what she puts down. Could always step it up in the future.

Hows that mustang coming along? Took a ride in a carbed stock 6.0 with 4l60e in a 2 door blazer the other day. Guy had it for sale. Had radials on back 4" skinnys up front. That thing was nasty on the street. Made me think about building something in alot lighter vehicle.

it's a good performer for what it has in it. with a reflowed carb and a custom 8" converter it should go in the 9's. the race weight is 3000 with me in it.

Damn must be nice! Ill be going that route one day. Hate to abandon my truck now when im so close to putting down some decent numbers.

i hear that. yeah get it going first and see how you like it. i miss my old truck sometimes especially when the weather is nice out to cruise around with the windows down.
