Need specs of your vehicle in order to give a better recommendation.

The 200/208 is pretty small, the 206/212 is better imo, but depends on vehicle and what you want. You could prob go with a 210/21X or up to a 212/218 depending on the vehicle in question and specs plus if you want to stick with the stock converter or not as this can change different options as well.

2002 2500HD CC LB 6.0. I'm just looking to pick up low end for towing and help stay out of downshifting as much. Was going to go the FI route but just not in the budget right now.

Looks like the 200/208 is a vinci cam, I would step it up to the 210/218 if you want to stick with a vinci cam and you would be happy.

My truck is similar to yours and I really like my Comp 212/218 low lift. It works very well with the stock converter and it has usable power everywhere. Its great for towing/ all around cam. A cam around this size with a different set of gears would help out a lot in the towing dept. I have 3.73 gears and just switched from 285's to 265's. That made a difference and I'm sure switching to 4.10 gears would give it even more oomph down low.

chevy 6.0...if your not on the highway consistently, you might want to consider a little more gear. 4.30s would be pretty sweet, and not crush mileage.

the 206 212 is my vote, but id bolt up a set of 243/799 heads while you in there, that will help the torque more then the cam.
