looking for cam idle clip

I was hopeing that someone may be able to post a idle clip/video of a cam in there truck with specs close to 218/224 562I/567e 112LSA. If you do post can you put up your actual specs if you know them and engine size.

also vinci has some clips of cams close to that. I know they have 216/224 on 115lsa.
