Tried one pass on motor.....Got a 2.1 60ft(blew them out), so I didn't even go get the slip.

I agree with you. I don't think that you're going to gain as much in the cam swap as you'd hope for all of the extra work until you change the intake.

Not really. Just came up on that cam for sale cheap and was curious about everyone's opinion on it. I had thought about purchasing it, and just holding onto it for awhile(If the motor gives this year, I'm biting the bullet and going 408). I'm really hoping the intake will give me the power I was expecting out of the 224, or will at least let it peak where I want it.
