Default I'm looking for a cam
I'm looking for a cam something like 224/224 with 114 or 116 lobe sep. I would like to build my 99 gmc 5.3l as a sleeper.

for a 224 in that 5.3 you are going to need a pretty good stall. look at some of the sponsors to the right for cams, and stalls.
