I have a 99 police tahoe I am going to put the stock motor in it for with a few upgrades. I need some links to get a good cam and anything else that might give it a lil more? I don't want to go to crazy because I want to build a 383 stroker for it down the road this motor will go in my 4x4 s10 once I do the 383 stroker.

Look through some of the sponsors on the right. Texas speed has some nice cam packages. maybe something like their 220 or their 224 duration would work well.

 

99 tahoe I think is an OBS with the L31 engine, those cam's won't work.

 

Oh, I thought all 99 and up were pretty much the same.

 

99 trucks are the new ones, but tahoes/yukons/2500hds didnt start until 2000
