Default i did a search already...cam swap question

exactly what materials will i need for a cam swap

valve cover gaskets, how much coolant, etc.? i dont want to get in the middle of the job and realize i dont have something. my fiance works on weekends and i dont have another vehicle to drive, so id be screwed.

Cam
Push rods
Valve springs
New crank pulley bolt
~2 gallons of coolant
Red lock tite
2 5/16" dowel rods to hold the lifters up
Misc 8,10mm sockets and wrenches
Chrystler harmonic dampner puller
Valve spring compressor
AIR TOOLS ARE YOUR FRIEND

(Optional gasket kit, timing chain)

Is that about it guys?

water pump gasket, timing cover gasket and front seal. Make sure you have a torque wrench.

If you are concerned about not having everything and being without your vehicle pay a shop to do it. They should have it done in a day from what everyone is saying.

ive never used any of those. i re-use the stock bolt as well.. only mishap ive had with is dannys truck, it never got retightend with an airgun which i didnt have at the time..

A way to hold up the valves while changing the springs. I use compressed air.

i was a tech for a living, i have almost $20k in tools/box, im not paying anyone to do it.

i have a pretty good idea of what i need, but im not real familiar with GM yet, so i wanted to see if i was missing anything

Im curious where did you get valvespring tool from? Also the compressed air that what I been look for. Where did you get it?
