Definitely do it John, you won't be disappointed! Even my phone conversations with Richard are pleasurable...I always hang up the phone smarter and more knowledgeable than when I started

 

I spent one hour today at his shop just listening to him talk shop with some other customers and I can't tell you how fantastic he is to learn from him!! Definitely top notch in the customer service! He treats you like a friend would treat you and not like a customer/client. And that is a HUGE difference in feeling comfortable with someone that's doing work for you.
Also ya'll need to remind him that he's supposed to charge us for things that we buy from him!!! That guy forgets half the time that he supposed to charge for his parts/labor!!

 

I too cant say enough nice things about Richard and REX... both have gone out of their way for me on many occasions. I have sent many guys (customers) their way and I havent even started my engine yet lol!

I have learned so much from those two, and I am thankful for that!!

Im lucky too, WCCH is only about 20 minutes from my house, so I get to hang out with these guys once and awhile!

If and when I get a set of heads done it'll be from Richard bar none; from what I hear he's the best.

 

They r badass with their customer service. I called one day and talked to someone there and they helped a ton. Richard was out sick that day but the other guy helped a lot. When I can save up $ for heads I will be going with WCCH for sure!

 

You should call him just for ***** and giggles, he's such a character to talk to that it's almost worth just chatting with him!
