higher compression=better gas mileage?

There isn't even a good comparison between the LQ9 and LQ4 since most LQ4's are in 2500's. GMC denali's had the LQ4 but other 1500 6.0's were LQ9 I think. I bet the difference in fuel economy would be very little.
