On the subject, 6.0 head won't do ya any good on a 5.3, unless you plan to run a blower or turbo, the valves and chambers are bigger on the 317's(6.0) I havn't really heard anybody putting 5.3 heads on their 6.0, maybe the ls6 heads. They have a smaller combustion chamber, in turn raises the comp on the 6.0. But are only good on a NA set up with a small shot.. NA motor more comp, FI motor less..

That would be the way to go if you have the extra $$ to do it. I would personaly do a cam before heads. The stock heads flow pretty well..

x2!! what's with you guys??? That's one thing I liked about this site, is that newbe's didn't get hammered on. Now seems like we are getting some folks that think you shouldn't ask question "they" think are stupid. Everyone has to learn some way.

I didnt know **** before I found this site, now I dont feel like a complete moron when people ask about my truck and I have stopped quite a few guys from wasting money on TB Spacer and crap
