heads for 350 vortec

What size heads would be good for a stock 350 with a full exhaust and no cats and a cai. I talked to a guy a patriot and he said that the stock vortec heads flow 180cc. He said the biggest he would go was 190cc. What do you guys think. I will have a stock cam and I want to put 1.6 roller rockers in the heads also.
Patriot Vortecs are 180cc
If I remember right there was one company making a high flow spider, not sure if they still do. And no I am not talking about the Multec II injectors.

Wester's Garage has a flow matched spider assembly for the 1996 - 2000 Vortec 5.0 & 5.7L CPI trucks, called the Black Widow and is said to flow 35lbs/hr (stock is 22 lbs/hr) and support up to 440 crank hp.
