Default Harmonic Balancer broke and Damaged the Crank

So against some advice from my buddy I reused the harmonic balancer bolt when I installed the new balancer. Well I was driving my truck yesterday and I hear this loud thud and lost power steering. So I pulled over and my harmonic balancer broke off the crank. I think the bolt backed out because there was no bolt to be found. Well now the front of the of the crank has some deep scratches in it and I need some input from you guys. Should I just press a new balancer on or do I have to replace the crank.

Lesson learned... I was gonna reuse mine too but I decided against it. Glad I didnt, and when I bought the OD crank I also bought a reusable bolt.

seeing this makes me a little uneasy!
I recently tossed on an ASP underdrive crank pulley and used a ARP bolt however with that pulley I couldn't use the washer, but the bolt seated fully on the pulley
didn't use loc-tite as arp said use their lube and I was able to torque to 170ft/lbs
so I guess we'll see haha

on that note..are there speedy sleeves available for these?

I used a new one when I put a cam in my camaro...In order to get the rotation I figured I was putting about 400 ft.lbs on it.
