(although even a stock truck would benefit from a good verter IMO...something in the 2400-2600 range would probably be perfect for my cam)

My truck idles and has a powerband that is similar to stock, just stronger...it got me .9 tenths and 8 mph in the 1/4 mile...running on 33" BFG AT's. (almost forgot to add...a PCMforLess 02 PCM also, which I'm sure had ALOT to do with the improvement)
HEY BUD....THE THING I'M TRYING TO DO HERE IS....GET A STRONGER THAN STOCK CAM.....AND AVOID DOING A PCM RE-TUNE. I HAVE A GREAT NELSON TUNE RIGHT NOW...I JUST DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO RE-TUNE.......THAT'S WHY I'M LOOKING FOR A "BABY CAM"....

if you want stock idle, then that baby cam would be fine.. even the 206/212 should idle like stock..

either way, nelson does 3 free retunes per year so why not just get a bigger cam and get him to re idle it for ya?
Its not that hard to swap PCM's

if you do the cam swap yourself, then that 200/208 might be fine... but paying someone for those slight gains wouldnt be worth it?

any cam in the 206-212 range should give ya 3tenths atleast in the 1/4th roughly... figure 30hp gains from them
