get a good blackbear tune and see how u like it first. do an 87 tune first then try a 91tune

heads -do 317 they cheap easy to find ,ls6 valve springs are good and cheap(70-85$) up to .560 lift

cam- I have a 1500hd with 3.73s and 33s now. I run a comp cams 212/216-.520/.524-115 and absolutely love it,i think it would be perfect in your heavy burban with those 4.10 gears

texas-speed.com has stainless steel long tubes for your burb for 349.99 good fit in these trucks.
