Default Gains from 706 to 243 on Turbo application??

I have stock 706's now, but have a set of stock 243's sitting at home. Im about to install my KBracing front mount and wondered if the swap is even worth the effort on a boosted application or just sell them and put money elsewhere?? Compression wise i would drop from 10.3 to 9.9:1. Do you guys see much gains from heads on your boosted setups. Thanks in advance.

They flow 30ish cfm intake and 20ish ex more then the 706 and the cr drop. You could make the same power and be safer.. I dont think you would gain a hole lot of power 20-25 hp maybe but if you have a stock bottom end id do the swap.

I would stick with the higher c.r. The turbo will spool faster and you will make the same power. Look how many people are running boost with higher compression. I'm at 9.6-1 and wish it was higher.

It would definitley be a gain but should still easly make enough power to bend the stock rods with the 706's

My next set up will be in the 10.2-10.3-1 area.
