Yea it's terrible. Best advise is like said above a good tune(r) and get a good AFR gauge and watch it at all times. Usually a lean condition is what causes the detonation.

If i am to go forge internals do I need a forge crank I was told they can take alot and how much boost could I run and any great tuners in Michigan that anyone knows of

The stock crank has held 1000-1100 rwhp. I would run a forged crank if those were my goals.

If you are shooting for 700ish, I'd run the stock crank if budget is a concern. If you want it bullet proof (with a good tune), then go forged.
