East Coast engine builders?
All I hear about on here are all the great engine builders in California and I was wondering if there are an reputable builders here on the East Coast for those of us that don't want to have to deal with shipping motors across the country! :bang:

Carolina Auto Masters will do an engine...they are in Durham, NC. They won an episode of Pinks with an f-car.
R.P.M. in Garner, NC does engines as well. They set two world records at the LSX Shootout this year with a Trailblazer and a Camaro. I personally know customers of both shops, and they both do fantastic work. Just cruise by their websites. |
Call Slowhawk. He doesn't build motors, but he will build you an entire setup around a motor that he would bring in. And I can attest that he knows how to put a setup together.

Are any of the shops mentioned capable of doing a 5.3 to 5.7 conversion?
