I got them installed today. I replace NGK TR55, i notice engine idle much smoother than TR55.
as Far as performance, I CAN'T TELL if I gain or not, but definately engine running smoother and better..

Do the E-3 plugs have 3 ground straps on them?

What 1.8 rockers did you get? My Vinci/Crane 1.8's fit with no modifications.

...I don't think you'll see that much difference from spark plugs in these GENIII engines unless your old plugs were worn or were incompatable plugs. I've tried the factory platinums, Denso Iridiums, and NGK TR55's, and didn't notice a difference between the three...and the factory plugs that I removed were inconsistently gapped ranging from .040 to .065, straight from the factory too.

I have heard of folks having negative results with certain plugs in general....Bosch (especially when used in GM's), and Champions (when used in anything that didn't come with them as original equipement...they do work in Chrysler/Mitsubishi products), are some companies that come to mind.

Good information, the platinum tips fall off of the stock plugs sometimes too.

E3 are noticeblely quiet! WOW!!! I felt little rough idle with TR55.
As far as Gain HP, can't tell if I gain or not. it's pretty hard to tell little HP gain. Definately not lost it for Sure.
it's made out of COPPER and it's much cooler than platium or iridium
my trucks running much smoother and quieter then with NGK TR55.
I think it's worth it to invest 50 bucks for it.

I used PRW 1.8 rockers arm.(got it from RICHARD) WCCH. they look like comp cam 1.85 rockers arm. they are very good!!!!!!!
