Default drop in cam

I have a 1997 silverado 350 vortec with longtube headers, cai,e-fans and a couple other bolt ons. I am looking for a cam to put in without doing any work to the heads. I am looking at the lt1 and the lt4 cams. what one would be better for my truck or do ya'll have a better one for me.

Check the Comp EFI grinds for Small Block Chevy. Try to keep the lift less than .465 becouse the Vortec heads hace clerance issues with the valve guides with more lift than that. I run thoes heads on 1987 Grand Prix. I got the set up ones from Scoggin Dickey good for a .550 lift. They are awsome heads for a factory head. Great low end.

If your running stock head, the LT4 cam is a bit big..
