If i put in a TSP 220/220 .581/.581 112lsa cam into my truck with a good tune... how would it drive? Cause this is my only vehicle and its drivin daily.

Another question...how much of a difference did any of yall notice from putting on e-fans? and... (asking to many questions) changing the gears to 3.73posi would help me a lot wouldn't it? I know im going to have to get the tranny built (but that wont come for a while) but what kind of stall should i get?... the cam specs say the RPM band is 1200-6200 at least thats what it says on the site
