Could have, but It looks like the rods broke first. There is one rod with half still on the piston, and the other still bolted to the crank. Look at the 3rd pic, you can see it. I will know more when I get it out.

Haven't heard that in over 10 years. I planed on blowing it up but nothing like that, I figures a piston would let go before a rod. Kinda bummed about the block, heads, and cam. I had alot of work in those heads. Hey, Im out hear in central, Ca, and I'll ber hear until sat. Might be hitting up Famoso friday with my 70. Hit me up if you or anyone else is going to be in the area.
