Hey guys I'm from Houston Texas. I'm new here. I own a 2004 silverado with a 5.3 liter. I already installed headers, air intake system, exhaust system, and have a hypertech reprogrammer. First i'm gonna get rid of the hypertech and get Nelson Tuning. I want to get a sts turbo system, but thats too much $$$$. so i want to install a CAM. Does anyone have an idea which one i should get??

Or does anyone have any ideas on how to increase more hp ?

if you do a cam you will need to get springs and rods as well, alot of people are haveing good luck with the 220 220 551 551 112, oh yeah you will need a new stall converter as well.
