What's your 6.0 in?

But figure the same mileage at cruising speeds or slightly better depending on tire size and gearing. Though if you can't keep your foot out of it, way less.

Also depends on how big the cam is.

Nothing overboard, just a slightly choppy cam, a medium one that i can daily without many drawbacks

A cam in the 212/218 range or there abouts should give it a decent power jump with a good tune and slightly larger injectors. Factory ones will be at or over their limits in a cam upgrade.

Mileage should stay the same because you can use the factory converter. So the 11-13 mpg you get now can be expected.

Mods and description of truck in sig... 15.2 MPG last tank. I do a mix of city & rural driving. The nearly stock original 4.8/60E with 3.42s got 16.5 average. I lost about 1 MPG from my wheels and tires, average was 17.5 prior to that with the 4.8
