Default Cam suggestions

I have a 2004 extended cab Silverado with a 5.3 it's my daily I plan camming it I don't put many miles on it a day I live pretty close to work mods I have now are longtubes cai 4.11 gears 3600 Tci stall and a dyno tune from a local shop I deal with I'm looking into a tsp 224/224 112 lsa or a 224/228 112 lsa which one will sute me better I'm looking for a good choppy idle and also a good power gain

Check out brian tooley racing cam kits. Stage 4 would be good.

Heard tsp cams aren't that great.
Tooley makes good stuff. Lunati as well.
With your stall the stage 4 truck cam sounds right for your mods.

That 224/228 .581/.581 LSA112 is a proven winner. It is great in a stalled 5.3 especially if you ever plan on hitting it with the juice.

80rwhp isn't outside of the realm of possibilities. It was the go to nitrous cam for a long time. Your heads and small cubes will really like the exhaust favored duration split. The 112 LSA will keep the power coming in early. You can spin that motor nice and high while matching the stall you have very nicely. I would suggest getting some worked heads as well.
