Default CAM Selection

Hey guys, need some input here. I got an 00 Z71. It's got an 03 LQ9 Cad.
6.0L stock engine with an 04 LS6 cam and stock 5.3L exhaust with Flowmaster. Tuned by EFILive.

My plans are to install a set of stock L92 Heads, intake, 90MM TB and LT headers. I am also going to install a new cam. I want to run a cam in the neighborhood of .600-.615 Lift. Duration of 234 area. And lobe seperation of 115 to 117. I'd like a good idle on my truck.
Any ideas would be helpful.
Thanks

Why are you asking for input if you already know what you want?

^^^ x2?

L92s seem to like a pretty good spread in duration between intake and exhaust lobes. Look around here at tech at the cams that are being run in L92 setups, you'll see 234/242, something in that ball park. but it sounds like you all ready have specs in mind.
