stock rockers are 1.7:1
some cams have a ramp rate too steep to successfully run 1.8's....which wouldnt really make any more torque on your motor to be worth...they would just raise the valve lift at .050"..... rou should call compcams with your setup and ask them what they think...
IMO you should look at the 212/218 low lift cam......but there may be better torque cams out there.
just do some reading. good luck

I had a 210/218 .551 lift 116 lsa in my 5.3 and I think it is a little too big if you are wanting torque. It really doesn't hit until about 2200-2400 rpms. I needed more torque lower than it gave me. Might be a good cam for a lighter vehicle but not a heavy 4x4.
