cam recommandation

i have a 2007 silverado and i am wanting to upgrade the cam. i want to get the most aggressive cam that will work with my set up.
i plan on running
2500 stall converter
full exhaust with long tube headers and cat delete
custom dyno tune
4.10 gears
75 shot of nitrous
and anything else to compensate for aggressive cam
i spoke with a man that works for comp cams and he recommended me a cam with the following specs
duration 275/277
duration at .50 222/224
valve lift .556/.558
lobe separation 112 degrees
would this be a good cam for my truck

are you dead set on the 2500 stall? thats pretty mild. and what are your goals performance wise? what do you use the truck for? bigger is not always better. But columbus didnt get to america in a row boat!

X2. That is a good cam and would probably work well with a 3000+ converter IMO.

Yes.
fellas, this guy already has a combo, WTF must he change it again for>? He wants the Best his combo will run!
That said, The guy at Comp is in the right ball park. You will love it, and will be alot better than it is now.
Again you did not mention what you use the truck for...

i will be using the truck as a daily driver
and occasionally a 200 mile drive once or twice a month
i decided on the 2500 stall after reading articles on stall converters and they talked about how if you use a stall converter too high in the torque curve it will hurt acceleration. i figured the 2500 stall will be a little better for the city.

That is all true. AT least you did some homework.
These LS based engines LOVE RPM though. You arent dealing with an old big block chevy.
That cam would work awesome with this:
Circle D Specialties High Performance 278mm Torque Converter for GM 4L60 LS
And I will push you toward the 3000-3200. I was in the SAME shoes as you when I first started. I didn't want a loose converter. I was really against it. I still don't like them which is exactly why I run a roots blower and a 2800 now. Take this from a guy who ran a GM 2600 with my 6.0, you want more than a 2500. Even a stock engine runs a lot stronger with that 3000 Circle D converter, so the absolute last thing you need to worry about is blowing through your torque curve with this cam. It'll pull hard right off the line well past 100 even without the juice.
My last comment would be that I think typically nitrous likes a little more split in the cam. I think that would be a great aggressive NA cam, but think there would be better out there for nitrous.
