Default cam recomendation

Im looking at the comp 222/224 on a 112 lsa for my 99 sierra. It has a 5.3 for now, but will be a 6.0 soon. I will run long tubes and a yank 2600 or 3000. Does the cam I picked out sound good, or should I go a different route? Also, Im currently running a 3.42:1 gear

different truck, my 99 is a rcsb, my black truck is blown and cammed 6.0 and has 3.73s. I say my rcsb will have a 6.0 soon, but I get lazy spurts, so it could be 6 months before I get a chance to get it in.

maybe the popular TR220/112 would be a good choice for your '99 then produces good power and great driveability!

which stall would be better with the tr220. I dont daily drive either truck, but would like to be able to drive them and get decent milage. Also, Ill probably be ordering 2 cams, I need a cam for my LS1 swapped 2dr 2wd tahoe.

I think a 3600 would make it really scream while still retaining good street manners, with good mileage. If it was more of a DD then maybe a 3000-3200

im running the TR220/112 and you can really feel it kick in right around 3000 rpm and it pulls hard until 6500 or so
